Overview
FSD Africa is a financial inclusion market change programme that works to reduce poverty by strengthening Africa’s financial markets. Established in 2012, they are funded by UK aid from the UK government, with a mandate to transform financial markets across sub-Saharan Africa. They believe healthy financial markets are the foundation of a fair and thriving economy.
Challenge
Arthur Ndegwa, the Data Manager, Development Impact at FSD Africa said that they were looking at leveraging on cloud technology to provide a platform for data collection and reporting and this resulted in them shopping for a reliable hosting solution with reliable support.
Solution
They selected Microsoft Azure as their preferred platform of development and hosting, and Simplify IT as the partner of choice to provide and support them through this process.
Results
